You may not know Bruce Burkhart by name, but a lot of us in Real Estate do.
I don’t know how long Bruce has been teaching Real Estate License courses. From what I have been able to gather, it has been at least 20+ years. His LLC was formed in 2004 but I think he was teaching before that.
I took my Salesperson and Broker courses with him at the Wyoming Real Estate Institute. He was a great teacher.
I didn’t start Wyoming Real Estate School to compete with him; I just thought that there might be a better way to offer courses online rather than sit in a classroom for 10 days straight.
It wasn’t until I started teaching online and COVID happened that Bruce Burkhardt of Wyoming Real Estate Institute and Steve Willoughby of Willoughby seminars started teaching courses on zoom. Bruce could recite statutes and commission rules off the top of his head like no other. He was always very professional and kind.
I can’t say enough good things about him.
