This agreement is made between Crossed Arrows Services, LLC- DBA Wyoming Real Estate School, a limited liability company, organized under the laws of the state of Wyoming, hereinafter referred to as course provider and you (student).
By purchasing and participating in the course, you understand and agree you have read and reviewed this agreement and that you agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement, do not purchase the course.
The Wyoming Real Estate Commission rules state that applicants must complete the required coursework within one year of the time that their application is submitted. If more than one year has passed since you finished the course, you must pay for and take the course(s) again. The Wyoming Real Estate School will not alter course certificates for students that have let courses expire.
The Wyoming Real Estate School expects and demands that students that attend online courses use the same politeness and behavior as a student in a traditional classroom setting. The Wyoming Real Estate School reserves the right to unenroll any student, without refund, for a violation of this provision.
The courses offered by the Wyoming Real Estate School are asynchronous. Students understand and agree that the courses are self paced and students study independently using the course materials provided by the instructor. It is the student’s responsibility to direct inquires about course materials, concepts etc. to the instructor if they require assistance.
The Wyoming Real Estate School does not guarantee that a student that has completed these courses will pass the state and national exams administered by test provider. Wyoming Real Estate School is only providing the education requirements to apply for a Wyoming Real Estate Licenses only.
Learning Management System:
The Learning Management System currently utilized to provide online learning is Moodle. Moodle is compatible with any standards-compliant web browser. Moodle is regularly tested with the following browsers:

Mobile: Mobile Safari, Google Chrome

Note: Legacy browsers with known compatibility issues are: Internet Explorer 10 and below, Safari 7 and below.
Moodle Mobile Application: Moodle has an available application to be used on smartphones and tablets including Android and IOS. Visit the Google Play Store or IOS store and search “Moodle.” The application will ask for your course URL, which is: classes.wyrealestateschool.com
Refunds
Online training course orders are generally NOT eligible for refund.
We MAY approve a refund/transfer request under specific conditions:
You’ve registered (accidentally) for the wrong training course:
If this happens, contact us IMMEDIATELY. You MUST notify us IN WRITING within 24-hours of placing the order to be eligible for a refund.
If we choose to make a refund, we charge an administration fee of 5%.
Textbook purchases are non-refundable.
Transfer to a DIFFERENT online course:
If you have started a course or pass the 24-Hour cancellation period, you may transfer to a course of equal or lesser value provided you have 30-minutes or less of accumulated time.
All other situations: Your tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Terms and Conditions:
- Online training courses may NOT be transferred to another student.
- Students have 180 days (6-months) to complete an online course.
- Orders placed under a “Corporate Account”, “Bundle Discount” or “Discount Code” are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation, or transfer. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Refunds are not issued for transfers to courses of equal or lesser value.
- If you transfer to a more expensive course, you must provide payment for the additional tuition at the time of transfer.
Course Extension Policy:
- You may request a 1-month extension provided the request is made BEFORE the online course expires.
- Students who FAIL their final exam (see below) are NOT eligible for credit, extension or refund of any kind, regardless of time spent in the course or time remaining.
- All online courses require the student pass a final exam. Students must receive a passing grade to be issued a Certificate of Completion.
Students are given 3 attempts to pass the final examination. If a student FAILS 3- times, they must re-enroll and pay tuition (this includes taking the class over from the beginning) to take the course a second time. No credit or partial discount will be extended due to a failed exam.
Inquiries:
We understand that from time to time there may be a question in regards to a policy or procedure of the school. In that case we encourage you to contact Rob Shank and discuss the matter. However, you are also able to contact the Wyoming Department of Education where this school is licensed as a non-degree granting proprietary school or the Wyoming Real Estate Commission.
