Salesperson I
Provides the student a study of Real Estate terminology, language, law and other information that prepares a student with the necessary skills and knowledge to pass the National Salesperson Exam
Broker I
Provides the student a continued study of Real Estate terminology, language, law and other information that prepares a student with the necessary skills and knowledge to pass the National Broker Exam. This course includes preparation for the Broker Simulation questions on the National Exam.
Salesperson II
Gives the students real world taste of a real estate agent. Topics include Risk Management, Fair Housing, as well as Buyer and Seller Relationships. This course is required to obtain your Real Estate License if you are a first time real estate licensee or if you are coming as a licensee from another state with a “like” license and wish to obtain a Wyoming Salesperson license.
Broker II
With the same topics as Salesperson II this course is for Salesperson’s already licensed in Wyoming that wish to obtain their Associate Broker License or Responsible Broker License. This course is also required for those coming to Wyoming with a ‘like’ license from another state.
Wyoming Law
The Wyoming Law Course is required to obtain a Wyoming Real Estate Salesperson License. It is also required by those already licensed as a Salesperson that wish to obtain the Associate Broker License or Responsible Broker License.
For those that are licensed in another state with a ‘like’ license, this course is required along with Salesperson II or Broker II.
Wyoming Law course covers Wyoming State Statutes in regards to real estate as well as the Wyoming Real Estate Commission Rules and Regulations.
Upon completion of this course a student should have the knowledge to pass that Wyoming State Real Estate Exam.
